Linamar Corporation, referred to as LNR on the TSX, acquired Skyjack in the month of August the year 2002. Linamar is best recognized for its production of modules, assemblies and precision-machined components. Linamar's solid balance sheet provides Skyjack with increased strength and long-term stability in general. Skyjack currently has production facilities in Anaheim, Hungary and the United States with support offices in Asia and Europe.

The company has a lot of self-propelled scissor lifts in its lineup, with models that could work at heights up to 56ft.
