Used Nissan Dual Fuel Forklifts Anaheim

Used Nissan Dual Fuel Forklifts Anaheim

Most commonly, IC or internal combustion forklifts are utilized for indoor operations such as: trucking, manufacturing, warehousing and bottling, among other things. These units ride on cushion tires which are solid rubber tires. The Internal Combustion forklift models could run either by dual fuel, diesel or Liquid Petroleum Gas or LPG. The dual fuel units operate with both gasoline and LPG or Liquid Petroleum Gas. These machines can run on either fuel but not simultaneously. IC or Internal Combustion engines are Class 4 lift trucks. The engine is responsible for powering all functions of the truck, the hydraulics and truck.

The GO4 Series and the Nissan Forklift Platinum II units have capacities ranging from 3000 to 11,000 lbs. These units offer CARB certified LPG or dual-fuel or LPG/gasoline engines. The CARB certification on these particular engines gives them the confidence to help protect the environment as it enables the forklifts to generate low emissions. The environmental certifications like CARB, help employers provide their workers cleaner and thus safer working settings.

Nissan's fuel management systems like the LP/Gas combinations provide optimal engine operation that would help to reduce exhaust emissions and provide incredible fuel economy at the same time. Each Platinum II fork truck is outfitted with their basic compressive engine protection system in place to warn operators in the event of excessive heat or a severe drop in oil pressure. This particular system helps to extend your drive train and engine life to help keep your lift truck investment working at its optimum ability.

The dual fuel units are making a splash in the industry as a lot of companies are trying to be as "green" as possible and as environmentally efficient and friendly as they can. It's also a great idea to lease the machine for a bit to find out if you like the way it handles before buying one. There are a lot of different alternatives in the industry nowadays and with some research, you can choose the right model for your certain operation.
